Telesales and Marketing Coordinator Required
|
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and very self motivated person to fill the new position of Telesales and Marketing
Coordinator based in our Dublin facility in Blanchardstown.
The successful candidate should have an excellent telephone manner, and be comfortable using the telephone as a proactive sales
tool. Good communication skills, both verbal and written are essential. The candidate will need to have at least basic computer
skills (e-mail, word processing). Whilst a technical background would be helpful, the most important quality is an ability and
willingness to learn about and understand our products. The successful candidate should have the confidence to use own initiative
and enjoy working as part of a sales team, reporting to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Generate leads by cold calling customers, using both our CRM system and also databases generated by Kompass
· Sending sales literature, samples and quotations as a result of qualification
· Follow up these sales efforts, passing to field sales where appropriate
· Use and maintain our CRM system - we use Goldmine as our database
· Liase with external field Area Sales Managers on important sales leads and accounts
· Assist Area Sales Managers with follow ups, making appointments, etc
· Proactive sales work on specific sales projects, prospecting, marketing exercises
· Maintenance of all of our sales literature
· Mail shot execution, both hard copy mail shots and also web based email shots
· Assisting the office manager in day-to-day tasks when requited
· Some outside field visits as required to close certain sales projects
Training will be given on our products and technology, and our CRM system. Salary is negotiable depending on candidate and
experience level. |
