ECT W 2790:
Description:
ECT W2790 is an aqueous dispersion of styrene and butyl methacrylate. It finds
extensive use in several sectors. It can be used in the tile industry for bonding various
types of scrims onto the backs of mosaic tiles.
It is used in the building sector where a
high quality primer for sealing porous concrete is required (diluted with water). It may
also be used in the insulating sector for bonding polystyrene and foil faced/paper
faced polyurethane sheeting to plasterboard and other porous substrates.
The product
may also be used to bond aluminium foils to paper, wood or other absorbent surfaces.
W2790 may also be used in the textile sector for bonding non-woven textiles, glass
fiber and for coating textiles.
